Upload Documents: Attach clear, certified digital copies of your academic certificates and identification.
Payment and Finalization: Pay the application fee and ensure you click the "Finalize" button to submit. Unfinalized applications will not be processed.
Method 2: Physical Application Obtain the Form: You can download the application form from the MSU website or collect one physically from the Admissions Office at any of the following campuses:
Gweru: Main Campus.
Harare: No. 1 Kwame Nkrumah.
Bulawayo: Fidelity House, Fife Street & 11th Avenue.
Zvishavane: Zvishavane Campus.
Submit: Return the completed form with certified copies of your certificates, birth certificate, and National ID to the Senior Assistant Registrar, Admissions and Academic Affairs, P Bag 9055, Gweru.
Application Fees A non-refundable application fee is required for your placement to be considered:
Local Students: USD $20 (or ZWG equivalent at the prevailing bank rate).
International Students: USD $50.
Banking Details: Fees should be deposited into the CBZ Account: 01820772520046 (Branch Sort Code: 6508). Always attach your original deposit slip to physical applications.
Entry Requirements Requirements vary by program, but the following general standards apply for the 2026 intake:
Undergraduate Requirements General Entry: At least 5 'O' Level passes at Grade C or better, including English Language.
Faculty Specifics: * Science, Technology, and Business Sciences: Requires 'O' Level Mathematics at Grade C or better.
Arts and Humanities: Most programs require at least 2 'A' Level passes in relevant subjects.
Medicine: Requires 'A' Level passes in Chemistry and two others from Biology, Mathematics, or Physics.
Mature Entry: Female applicants must be at least 23 years old, and male applicants at least 25 years old.
Postgraduate Requirements Masters Degree: Must hold a relevant Honours Degree (ZNQF Level 8) with at least a lower second-class (2.2) pass from a recognized university.
PhD Programs: Requires a relevant Masters Degree (ZNQF Level 9).
