Step 1: Dial EcoCash Menu

On your mobile phone, dial *151#

Step 2: Select Currency

Choose Option 2: United States Dollar (USD)

Step 3: Enter Your EcoCash PIN

Input your 4-digit EcoCash PIN to continue

Step 4: Navigate to Payment Options

Select Option 2: Make Payment

Then select Option 4: EcoCash Debit Card

Step 5: Choose Virtual Card Type

Select Option 2: MasterCard Virtual

Step 6: Request a Virtual Card

Choose Option 1: Request VCN (Virtual Card Number)

Step 7: Create a Nickname

Enter a 4-character nickname to identify your virtual card (e.g., “jack”)

Step 8: Receive Your Card Details

You will receive two SMS messages:

The 16-digit card number

The 3-digit CVV (security number)

💡 Note: The card expires after 14 days. Use it quickly for online payments.
